6. Create liability for Crom Alternative Money or damage Crom
Alternative Money's goodwill through, but not limited
to, any of the above policy items and including tampering,
hacking modifying or otherwise attempting to corrupt the
security or functionality of the Crom Alternative Money
service.
7. Create more than one identity within the Crom
Alternative Money system.
8. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality
and security of your password, and you are fully responsible
for any activity that occurs under your password or
account.
You agree to immediately notify Crom Alternative Money of any
unauthorized use of your password or account, and ensure that
you properly log-off any session that requests resources
protected by secure hardware/software schemes.
Crom Alternative Money shall not be liable for any loss or
damages arising from your failure to comply with this.
Any Crom Alternative Money account holder user found to be in
breach of any facet of this Rules,will have their membership
and or use and access of the site and services terminated and
depending on the severity of the infringement, their monies
either refunded to the user's initial funding third
party accounts or turned over to law enforcement agencies
along with details of the user's activities which
contravened our terms of acceptable use.
9. You are responsible for your Buy - Sell agreements.
There is a total freedom in their content creation.
Only officially recognized agreement is the one sent by both members
to Administration before exercising any transfer decisions.
In the case of dispute or conflict between Crom
Alternative Money account holders, for the purpose of
resolving conflicts relating to the service for which
negotiation and or mediation between the relevant parties has
failed to provide a mutually recognised satisfactory outcome,
the account holders agree that the venue for litigation shall
be in the City of Pula, Republic of Croatia only.
10. Crom Alternative Money is not responsible for infringe on
any third party's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret
or other property rights or rights of publicity or
privacy,made by account holders.
11. Crom Alternative Money will not share,sell,rent or otherwise disclose your personal information
without your advance permission.

contact the members in regard to their use of our service.
