Dear Kolinda Grabar Kitarović, Tihomir Orešković, Željko Reiner and Dragutin Cestar,
before I get to the topic of this Notice, I’m taking this opportunity to inform you, as people on so-called positions of 'President of the Republic of Croatia', 'Croatian Prime Minister', 'President of the Croatian Parliament' and 'Head of Police Directorate of the County of Istria', that lately I'm witnessing a serious breach of the peace committed on a daily basis by individuals who are unknown to me.

contains in itself an irrefutable evidence that all members of fictional creation called 'Republic of Croatia' are correctly informed about prohibition of access to my private property and exploitation of any of its qualities.

Following photos, freshly taken, are incontestable evidence of the mentioned breach of peace that is currently underway, and they refer to the destruction of property of which I'm, in one part, irrefutably a private owner, since its original roots are in a quite big social property of former so-called 'Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia', and since I never gave up the proportional part that is inalienably mine.
Whether you think that it is your duty to prevent this crime, or that you should distance yourself from it, property here in question is a former shop on the geographical area of the so-called 'Veruda', in the so-called 'Pula', near the gas station, across the so-called 'Viška street no. 8/10/12/14'.

Back to the subject theme of this Notice, I remind you that in good part it also constitutes aforementioned documentation published on the Internet [see item 'f' of subhead 'Alternative conditional agreement offer'].

In a short summary, life can also be qualified as a journey which all individuals go through by starting it and ending it in one and the same way - with birth and with death. Regardless if during the childhood one has been educated to what can't be done or to what can be done, there always were people able to skip over natural obstacles and overcome artificial limitations, and reveal to the world what lies beyond. For example, from the fallacy about the shape of this planet and misconceptions about the so-called 'witches', through fallacies about Tesla's inventions and the chosen Aryan race, to the fallacy how behind the current debt based so-called 'monetary system with fiat currency and fractional reserve banking' is something other and not millions of murdered unfortunates, the history is - due to the collective preconceptions and prejudicial interpreting which are implanted in the so-called 'society' by more or less severe methods of indoctrination - unfortunately full of turbulent confrontations between beliefs and facts, when the situations absurdly grew in a way that the facts had to adapt to beliefs, just the opposite of what should have happened by the nature of things.
Transcript of a recent [22 March 2016] conversation between current Prime Minister of Japan, Shinzo Abe, and renowned economist Paul Krugman has a special place in my archive. Namely, in that transcript it is said that the Second World War was the ideal solution for great mathematical imbalance that had occurred in the United States just before it. Furthermore, within the transcript it is also admitted that in today's very similar situation [in which the dollar of the Federal Reserve still has a role of world's primary reserve currency], the less painful solution is yet to be found.
'Agritourism Farm Vivian' is, in essence, a pioneering scientific research oriented towards the legitimate inalienable right of sovereign man to choose on his own [by the nature of things] how to build his own prosperity on planet Earth, instead of it being unwantedly dictated by other people's ideas - which are, by the way, immune to responsibility - through the so-called 'legal theory'.

Dear Kolinda Grabar Kitarović, Tihomir Orešković, Željko Reiner and Dragutin Cestar, upon delivery of this Notice, which by logical continuation supplements documentation published on the Internet regarding my specific case that you have been notified [in an orderly and correct manner] about in the recent past, you are hereby duly informed - as people who within the illusory framework of the imaginary creation known as 'The Republic of Croatia' perform functions of the so-called 'President of the Republic of Croatia', the so-called 'Croatian Prime Minister', the so-called 'President of the Croatian Parliament' and the so-called 'Head of Police Directorate of the County of Istria' - on today's conclusion of the 'Agritourism Farm Vivian' realization Contract. All of this for precautionary reasons, in order to avoid beforehand anyone's possible illegitimate actions that potentially could prevent me in fulfilling my obligations toward contractual Counterparty, which refers in the first place to any possible attempt of falsification of my sovereign status by changing it into the status of the so-called 'taxpayer', as well as to any possible attempt of violation of my inalienable right to administer my overall private property of my own free will.

Contract Of Payment Intermediation

 

Article 1

As a part of intermediation of Robert Pittner through which Aljoša from the Đurić family will repeatedly fulfil his obligations toward MY HOUSE j.d.o.o., Aljoša from the Đurić family will have to deliver each time the 'SOVRO' payment instrument to Robert Pittner at least 14 days before the deadline for payment to MY HOUSE j.d.o.o.

As a part of intermediation of Robert Pittner through which Aljoša from the Đurić family will repeatedly fulfil his obligations toward MY HOUSE j.d.o.o., Aljoša from the Đurić family is obligated, in order to compensate Robert Pittner for his services, to increase on each of these payment instruments the source sum - intended to pay MY HOUSE j.d.o.o. - by HRK amount equivalent to that of 3.000€.

As a part of intermediation of Robert Pittner through which Aljoša from the Đurić family will repeatedly fulfil his obligations toward MY HOUSE j.d.o.o., Robert Pittner will have to deliver each of these payment instruments received from Aljoša from the Đurić family to the man on the so-called position of 'Chief State Treasurer of the Republic of Croatia', at least 6 days before the deadline for payment to MY HOUSE j.d.o.o., always attaching precise instructions what amounts go to whom, where and in which time limit.

Article 2

If, after timely delivery of payment instrument 'SOVRO' to the man on the so-called position of 'Chief State Treasurer of the Republic of Croatia', Robert Pittner’s intermediation eventually has negative outcome because of someone's illegitimate action, Robert Pittner is obligated, for the purpose of compensation of inflicted material and other damage, to take immediately all necessary countermeasures against the culprit - which, in first place, includes submitting a complaint application and filing a lawsuit for all the consequences of breach of the peace.

Article 3

If, at the end, the total sum paid out to Robert Pittner during his intermediation does not exceed HRK amount equivalent to that of 100.000€, Aljoša from the Đurić family will have to compensate him - through 'SOVRO' payment instrument - both the difference, and all expenses arisen from the eventuality described in Article 2 of this Contract.

With this Contract, MY HOUSE j.d.o.o. fully accepts the offer that Aljoša from the Đurić family placed before it on the "negotiating table":

* payment of the total price of complete realization of the farm. Since I’m not a taxpayer and since payment will be inevitably accompanied with the appropriate document in this regard, it’s up to Counterparty’s choice whether to keep for itself 100% of the total amount of money paid, or to renounce one part for tax purposes and therefore not take advantage of the bonus no.1;

* if ultimately all ends well with quality work done, bonus no.2 of the "good publicity is worth gold" type certainly should not be neglected. On top of that there is also a bonus no.3 - if I express myself in euros for example, then it would be an additional 600,000.00 (sixhundredthousand).

Considering that the 'Agritourism Farm Vivian' is an innovative, unconventional unity of considerable dimensions [Attachment 'A', page 8-21], for whose realization is needed to implement a wide specter of various expertise and capabilities since its well-functioning depends not only on functionality and quality of numerous elements of whom it is composed of, but also on their mutual harmony and interaction with living beings and the environment, the contractual Counterparties agree that immediate determining of final amounts and deadlines would be utterly ungrateful, so they will, through close cooperation discuss these kind of matters together "on the go" - beforehand defining mutual relations and obligations in the following way:

Article 1

During the realization of the 'Agritourism Farm Vivian', depending on the circumstances and needs, mutual relations and obligations of Counterparties will be additionally regulated, exclusively based on mutual agreement, through Contract annexes.

Article 2

Value backing

Value that backs Aljoša from the Đurić family for signing this Contract, complies of a part of his private property upon which he, as a 'Orderer of works/services', guarantees to cover the entire business risk which the 'Executor of works/services' undertakes.

Value that backs MY HOUSE j.d.o.o. for signing this Contract, upon which it, as an 'Executor of works/services', guarantees to cover all-round business risk which the 'Orderer of works/services' undertakes, is its work capabilities and manufacturing capacities.

Article 3

The price and payment method

The payment will be done through installments, in line with the realistic advances in work done, i.e. phases completed and based on the final situation - according to the starting offer of 'Orderer of works/services' to 'Executor of works/services'.

According to what the inter-phases of services and works require, the 'Orderer of works/services' will pay the 'Executor of works/services' amount needed based on the newly-agreed annexes to this Contract. The first in a series of the aforementioned annexes reffers to the preliminary design for the 'Agritourism Farm Vivian', and the 'Orderer of works/services' is obligated to pay the 'Executor of works/services' within the 20 day deadline after this Contract is signed, in form of Croatian kunas [HRK] amount equivalent to 37.500,00 (thirtyseventhousandfivehundred) euros [€].

Paying through installments [decreased by the amount of paid advances] will be done in a way that completed work phases become due within 15 days of invoice submitting [the last day of the current month]. Possible delays in payments have to be compensated by the 'Orderer of works/services' to the 'Executor of works/services' with 5% interests.

Payment of installments is conditioned by the undisputed aforementioned written Statement of 'Executor of works/services' in which he guarantees the demanded quality of provided services, work done and used materials.

Article 4

Possible arising of any kind of problems related both to geographical area on the planet Earth [accurately specified by the coordinates in the Attachment 'A', page 8] chosen for the construnction of the 'Agritourism Farm Vivian', and to possible so-called licenses, standards, legalizations and building permits, bureaucratic formalities and all the similar things deriving from any so-called national/international statutory rules - are a concern and full responsibility of Aljoša from the Đurić family.

Article 5

Subsequent services and works

'Executor of works/services' is obligated, at the request of 'Orderer of works/services', to provide subsequent services and perform additional work if necessary. In that case the details will be defined through a special annex to this Contract.

Article 6

Deadline for completion of work/services

'Executor of works/services' is obligated to start here stipulated work within 20 days of receiving the first advance - stated in Article 3.

Estimated time of complete realization of the 'Agrituorism Farm Vivian' is approximately 24 months from the date when the contractual Counterparties, upon completion of the preliminary design and project documentation and expense-book, mutually agreed that there are no legitimate or rationally justified obstructions to start the construction works.

Except in the case of mutually accepted rationally justified reasons, the 'Executor of works/services' is obligated to compensate the 'Orderer of works/services' for eventual exceeding the maximum time limit for completion of agreed work, in the means of the written Statement regarding the dishonor of promise.

Article 7

Quality of services, work, materials and equipment

When the 'Executor of works/services' perform a work, provides a service, chooses a material or work equipment, he is obligated to deliver to the 'Orderer of works/services' maximal quality currently implemented around the world.

'Executor of works/services' is obligated, in case of doubt, to carry out adequate testing of materials and equipment.

'Executor of works/services' is obligated, at the request of 'Orderer of works/services', to provide proof of quality for its services, completed work, used materials or installed equipment, and in that sense also to enable him to control the quality.

Article 8

Correction of deficiencies

Deficiencies identified during the provision of services and execution of works, the 'Executor of works/services' is obligated to correct immediately, and deficiencies discovered during the eventual quality control activities made by the 'Orderer of works/services' within 15 days of discovery.
If the possible aforementioned deficiencies are not corrected in the given deadline, 'Orderer of works/services' has the right to suspend works/services.

'Orderer of works/services' reserves the right to correct the untimely deficiencies mentioned in the above paragraph - on the expense of the 'Executor of works/services' - alone or through a Third party.

Article 9

Quality guarantee

'Executor of works/services' gives out a guarantee of quality for provided services and completed work for two years [from the day of delivery of 'Agritourism Farm Vivian' to the 'Orderer of works/services'], and for the used materials and installed equipment supplier’s guarantees are applied.

At the request of 'Orderer of works/services', 'Executor of works/services' is obligated, at his own expense, to correct all deficiencies and defects arisen during the guarantee period. If the 'Executor of works/services' doesn’t correct deficiencies and defects in the given deadline or doesn’t even respond to the request, the 'Orderer of works/services' reserves the right to correct them himself or through a Third party on the expense of the 'Executor of works/services'.

Article 10

Delivery and determination of final bill amount

'Executor of works/services' is obligated upon completion of work on the 'Agritourism Farm Vivian' to inform immediately about that the 'Orderer of works/services', and to propose him within a further 10 days the delivery and final bill amount, for which the contractual Counterparties are obligated to create an appropriate written Record.

During the process of determination of final bill amount, Counterparties will discuss any possible issues or eventual additional works.

This Contract, signed in good faith, is drafted in two
identical equally valid copies, one for each Counterparty.

In order to maximize personal protection of both Counterparties, copies
of this Contract are immediately upon singing sent to people who perform
the functions of the so-called 'President of the Republic of Croatia',
'Prime Minister of the Republic of Croatia', 'President of the Croatian
Parliament' and 'Head of Police Directorate of the County of Istria'.

Annex No.1 Of The 'Agritourism Farm Vivian' Realization Contract

Article 1

Through this Annex the 'Orderer of works/services' entrust 'Executor of works/services' with the task of making of preliminary design for the following objects of the 'Agritourism Farm Vivian':

*
12 FAMILY HOUSES
adequate for accommodation of a four/five member family;
size of each house: circa 300 m2, ground floor + first floor;
passive/low-energy building technique;

*
36 TOURISTIC APARTMENTS
adequate for accommodation of a four/five member family;
9 buildings [ground floor + first floor], each with 4 separated apartments;
size of each apartment: circa 80 m2;
passive/low-energy building technique;

*
CAMPSITE TOILET AND SHOWER ROOMS
building is divided into two separate sections [male and female];
each section must have 4 toilets [male section additional 4 urinals], 4 shower cabins and 4 washbasins;
passive/low-energy building technique;

*
MULTIPURPOSE HALL WITH A STAGE
capacity circa 100 seats whose mobility enables the whole area to adjust in a quick and easy manner for different purposes such as meetings and conferences, music & theater events and video projections;
the hall must have a stage and accompanying facilities [offices, toilets];
the hall should be conceptualized in a way that during the summer it can be transformed to an open stage [mobile walls or roof];
passive/low-energy building technique;

RESTAURANT
capacity of circa 200 guests;
within are separate tables with 4-6 seats and longer shared table with 15-20 seats;
restaurant has a little stage for musicians and a dance floor;
restaurant has a summer terrace toward which it should be openable as much as possible by use of moving components;

GARAGE FOR MACHINES AND MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT - WORKSHOP FOR REPAIRS
a larger building which would simultaneously serve the purpose of a garage and a well-equipped electrical-mechanical workshop [mechanic pit + crane] for various repairs;
passive/low-energy building technique;

STORAGE FACILITY
building of large dimensions adequate to meet the needs of touristic apartments and restaurant, agriculture, food storage for both human and animals, and other constant and unexpected needs;
storage facility must have a maximal protection against humidity and temperature changes;
storage facility can eventually be situated underneath the multipurpose hall;
passive/low-energy building technique;

*
MEDICINAL HERBS FARMACY
a smaller building which would not serve only the name-purpose but also its dimensions should be adequate to exhibit a moderate quantity of various appropriate souvenirs;
passive/low-energy building technique;

*
VETERINARY CLINIC AND QUARANTINE FOR SICK ANIMALS
veterinary clinic which should include a separate space [with separate doors big enough to allow passage for a horse, for example] that would serve as a quarantine for sick animals;
passive/low-energy building technique;

MINIMARKET
small grocery store that would meet people’s daily needs, such as bread, milk and similar;
passive/low-energy building technique;

*
FREE VACATION FACILITY FOR SERIOUSLY ILL CHILDREN
building should be large enough to accommodate 10 children and their escorts;
passive/low-energy building technique;

*
HORSE STABLE
adequate to accommodate 10 horses;
large double-sided doors;
in front of the stable should be a corral large enough for all the farm’s animals to stay in during the day;

COWSHED
adequate to accommodate 6 cows;
large double-sided doors;
fenced passage to the common corral;

*
DONKEY BARN
adequate to accommodate 4 donkeys;
large bilateral doors;
fenced passage to the common corral;

*
POULTRY HOUSE
building with fenced surrounding space adequate to accommodate up to 30 animals;

*
SHEEP BARN
building adequate to accommodate 10 animals;
fenced passage to the common corral;

*
LARGE BIRDHOUSE
circa few meters large.


Article 2

Based on the Article 3 of the 'Agrotourism Farm Vivian' realization Contract, the 'Orderer of works/services' is obligated to pay the 'Executor of works/services', as and advance for the preliminary design of the above mentioned objects, i.e. beginning of the first phase of the agreed work, amount of 282.750,00 (twohundredthousandsevenhundredfifty) kunas [HRK], equivalent to 37.500,00 (thirtyseventhousandfivehundred) euros [€] - no later than 20 days after the signing of this Annex.

The said amount will be included in the final price of project documentation, which will be determined in the next Contract annex.

Article 3

'Executor of works/services' is obligated to base the preliminary design upon delivered general vision of 'Agrotourism Farm Vivian', and to cooperate with the 'Orderer of works/services' during the making of the same.

When the 'Orderer of works/services' agrees in principle with the proposed preliminary design of all buildings, the 'Executor of works/services' is obligated to create a 3D presentation of each building so that the 'Orderer of works/services' can gain a better insight of what is offered, and only then make his final decision.

Article 4

'Executor of works/services' assumes the responsibility to create a complete preliminary design for the given buildings within maximally 90 days of receiving the first payment advance.

Aforementioned deadline for creation of preliminary design is subject to changes, though exclusively in case of mutually accepted rationally justified reasons.

'Orderer of works/services' bears the expenses that may arise during the subsequent work on the preliminary design, outside the agreed task or upon special request during its creation.

 

This Contract Annex, signed in good faith, is drafted in two
identical equally valid copies, one for each Counterparty.
