Notice On Publication Of The Statute

Today, on 11th August 2009, The "Statute of the Crom Alternative Exchange Association" was brought and publicly announced.

On 05 September 2009, the Crom Alternative Exchange Association held its Founding Assembly in Pula, Croatia.


The proposal of the Founding Committee has been accepted and a decision has been made that the President of the Association will assume and perform the duties and functions of the President of the Assembly.

The proposal of the Founding Committee has been accepted and a decision has been made that the Deputy (Vice) President of the Association will assume and perform the duties and functions of the Deputy President of the Assembly.

Đurić Aljoša (Duric Aljosa) from Pula, Viška 14 (Viska 14), has been elected as a President of the Association.

The proposal of the Founding Committee has been accepted and a decision has been made that the
Association Vice President, Secretary of the Association and members of the Supervisory Board will be elected afterwards.

The application for registration of the "Crom Alternative Exchange Association" has been submitted to "Office of State Administration in Istria County-Pula" on 07 September 2009.

Martin Markovski from Macedonia became the new webmaster.

Martin will perform functions and duties of the competent person on creation and maintenance of content on the Association website.

In the next 10-15 days, we will change and better organize our contacts and E-mail addresses.

On 27th September 2009 Association Crom Alternative Exchange opened its electronic platform.

Registration of the Association:

On 20 January 2010, the Crom Alternative Exchange Association entered in the Register of Associations of the Republic of Croatia under the number 18002072.
